Drone OEM & ODM

Drone OEM and ODM Services

From private labelling an existing platform to developing a new system around your specification — hardware, firmware and tooling handled in house.

Applications We Build For

Drone OEM Programmes Across Six Application Areas

Each area places different demands on the airframe, the payload and the control stack. Tell us the operating conditions and we will match the build to them.

Our Services

What Our Drone OEM Service Covers

Design, production and firmware sit under one roof, so a change in one does not mean re-negotiating with a second supplier.

Hardware & Mechanical Design

  • PCB design and layout
  • Flight controller and ESC integration
  • Enclosure and frame tooling
  • Gimbal and payload mounting
  • Thermal and vibration management
  • Antenna and RF layout

Firmware & Software

  • Custom flight controller firmware
  • Parameter and tuning profiles
  • Payload control integration
  • Ground station customisation
  • Protocol and telemetry adaptation
  • Field update mechanisms

Production & Branding

  • Private labelling and packaging
  • Assembly and functional testing
  • Pre-shipment verification
  • Serial traceability per batch
  • Documentation for export clearance

Our Development Process

How a Drone OEM Project Runs

Every stage is validated before the next begins, so problems surface at the point they are cheapest to fix.

Requirement Review

Application, payload, endurance and operating conditions defined in writing before any design work.

Design Proposal

Configuration, bill of materials and indicative pricing with lead times for your sign-off.

Prototype & Sampling

A working sample built and bench tested, sent for your evaluation before tooling is committed.

Validation

Flight testing and functional verification against the agreed specification, with results documented.

Production & Delivery

Volume assembly with per-unit testing, serial traceability and full export documentation.

OEM or ODM

Which Model Fits Your Project

Drone OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer)

You have a product direction and want an existing platform or module built and branded as yours. We adapt a proven design — private labelling, enclosure changes, firmware parameters, packaging — so you reach market without funding a full development cycle.

Best when the base platform already does most of what you need and the gap is branding, configuration or minor mechanical change.

Drone ODM (Original Design Manufacturer)

You have a requirement but no design. We take it from concept through hardware and firmware development to production — you supply the specification and target application, we deliver a system built around it.

Best when no existing platform fits, or when the payload, endurance or form factor demands a purpose-built airframe.

Quality & Compliance

High Standards Across Every Build

Components are checked against specification on arrival rather than assumed correct. Functional tests run during assembly, so faults are caught at the stage they occur rather than at final inspection.

Every unit is powered, tested and logged before packing, and serial numbers link each one to its production batch and test record — which matters when a field issue needs investigating months later.

Certification and customs paperwork is prepared alongside the goods. See certifications and compliance for what is supplied with each shipment.
