Drone certification and export paperwork are part of every shipment, not an afterthought. International buyers face customs and regulatory checks that stop undocumented goods at the border, so we prepare the documentation set alongside the goods themselves.
Drone Certification Documents We Provide
The applicable certificates depend on the product line and the destination market. Typical documentation for our modules and complete systems covers electromagnetic compatibility, radio equipment conformity, and restriction of hazardous substances.

Export Compliance and Customs Documentation
Customs documentation. Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and HS code classification are prepared for each shipment. Incorrect HS classification is one of the most common causes of clearance delay, so we confirm codes before dispatch rather than after.
Dual-use awareness. Some product categories — counter-UAV systems in particular — are subject to export control in certain jurisdictions. We will tell you plainly if a requested configuration raises a licensing question in your market, before an order is placed rather than after goods are in transit.
End-use documentation. For regulated categories we may request end-user and end-use statements. This protects both parties and is standard practice for this class of equipment.
Quality Control
Incoming inspection. Components are checked against specification on arrival, not assumed correct.
In-line testing. Functional tests happen during assembly, so faults are caught at the stage they occur.
Pre-shipment verification. Every unit is powered, tested and logged before packing. Test records are retained and can be supplied with the shipment.
Traceability. Serial numbers link each unit to its production batch and test record, which matters when a field issue needs investigating.
