Ask before you order. Tell us the specific product line and destination market and we will send the certificate copies that apply, rather than a generic pack. If a certificate you need does not exist for a given product, we will say so plainly instead of leaving you to discover it at customs.
How Drone Certification Is Verified
Conformity is established against the specification for the market the goods are going to, not assumed from a similar product.
- Module-level testing. Electronic assemblies are tested as units before they are built into a system.
- System-level verification. The complete configuration is checked, because integration changes emissions behaviour.
- Records retained. Test records are kept and can be supplied with the shipment on request.
- Re-verification on change. A change to the RF section or power stage triggers re-testing rather than reuse of earlier results.
Customs and Export Documentation
- Customs documentation. Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and HS code classification are prepared for each shipment. Incorrect HS classification is one of the most common causes of clearance delay.
- Dual-use awareness. Some categories — counter-UAV systems in particular — are subject to export control in certain jurisdictions. We will tell you plainly where this applies so you can check your own obligations before ordering.
- End-use documentation. For regulated categories we may request end-user and end-use statements. This protects both parties and is standard practice for this class of equipment.
Where local approval or registration is required to operate the equipment, that remains the buyer’s responsibility — but we will supply the technical documentation needed to apply for it.

Each unit carries a serial number that links it back to its production batch, the components used in it and the test record from final verification.
This matters when a field issue needs investigating months after delivery: the question becomes what happened to that batch rather than guesswork across an entire order. For buyers running fleets, it also means a fault pattern can be isolated to a production window instead of triggering a blanket replacement.
