We provide drone OEM and ODM manufacturing for buyers who need more than a catalogue product. Whether that means your logo on an existing airframe or a payload built to your own specification, the engineering happens in-house — PCB layout, firmware, enclosure tooling and final assembly.
What Drone OEM and ODM Covers
Two different levels of cooperation, depending on how far you want to go:
OEM — Our Design, Your Brand
- Logo, colourway and packaging in your brand identity
- Manuals and documentation under your company name
- Firmware splash screens and app naming
- Serial number schemes matched to your inventory system
ODM — Your Specification, Our Engineering
- Custom PCB design and component selection
- Firmware modification: control logic, telemetry protocols, interface behaviour
- Enclosure and gimbal tooling for non-standard payloads
- Sensor integration — thermal, multispectral, LiDAR, RF modules
- Airframe modification for payload weight and endurance targets
Drone OEM Cooperation Process
1. Requirement review. Send your application, target specification and expected volume. Our engineers assess feasibility and flag anything that will drive cost or lead time.
2. Technical proposal and quotation. You receive a recommended configuration, unit pricing at your volume, tooling cost if applicable, and a realistic schedule.
3. Sampling. We build and test a sample against the agreed specification. Test data comes with it.
4. Sample validation. You evaluate in your own environment. Adjustments at this stage are normal and expected.
5. Production. On sample approval and deposit, the batch enters production with in-line QC.
6. Shipment. Goods leave with full export documentation. See Drone Certification & Export Compliance.
Intellectual Property
Designs and specifications you bring to an ODM project remain yours. We sign NDAs before technical discussion begins, and we do not resell custom designs to other buyers. Tooling paid for by you is reserved for your orders.
Engineering Capability
In-house capability across the disciplines a drone build actually needs: flight control firmware, ESC design, gimbal mechanics and stabilisation, AI tracking algorithms, RF and video transmission, thermal payload integration. Because these sit under one roof, integration problems get resolved rather than passed between vendors.
Start a Drone OEM Project
Tell us the application and the volume you are planning for. A short technical conversation early tends to save a great deal of time later.
